📦 When will my order ship?

  • In-stock items will ship by April 18
  • Pre-orders will ship by May 2
    Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

💌 How much is shipping?

Shipping is currently offered at a flat rate of $6.95 within the U.S. We ship via USPS Ground Advantage, which includes tracking and typically delivers within 2–5 business days. Orders over $50 include FREE shipping!

Shipping to Canada will be calculated at the time of checkout based on weight and shipping address.

🌎 Do you ship internationally?

Currently, I’m only accepting orders within the U.S. and Canada on the website. However, if you're located outside the U.S./Canada and would like to place an order, please feel free to contact me directly! I’m happy to discuss alternative shipping methods.

We're hoping to expand shipping from the website soon — stay tuned!

✨ Do you offer custom orders?

Yes, I’m open to custom orders! While I don’t have an official custom process in place (yet), I’m always happy to hear your ideas. Depending on timing and availability, I may be able to take on custom requests.

Even if it’s not something I can make right away, I love knowing what you want to see as it helps inspire future designs and drops. Don’t hesitate to reach out!

🛍️ How do I purchase my custom order?

If you are placing a custom order through me that is different than an exact listing on the site, please wait for instructions on how to purchase this so I can create a custom listing for you! Pricing is subject to vary.

🔁 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because many of our items are made in limited runs, all sales are final.
However, if you receive the wrong item or something arrives damaged, reach out to us at laurenpropson@electricbasswear.com and we’ll make it right ASAP.
